We offer three options for listing photography:
Option 1 – Professional Photos (Recommended)
Professional photos provide the best presentation and return on investment.
These high-resolution images highlight your property’s lighting, layout, and finishes — creating the most appealing and trustworthy impression online.
Details:
- Shot by experienced local real estate photographers.
- Includes professional retouching and quality review.
- Standard market cost: $500–$800.
- GPS partner rate: $295 (exclusive owner discount).
- Turnaround time: approximately 3–5 business days.

Option 2 – GPS Internal Photos
If you prefer a faster and lower-cost option, our pre-listing inspector or Business Development Manager can take photos during the inspection visit.
Details:
- Cost: $195.
- Taken with professional-grade equipment by our team.
- Quality is suitable for rental marketing, though not at the same standard as Option 1.
- Best for properties that are simple, smaller, or already well-lit and staged.
Option 3 – Owner-Provided Professional Photos
If you already have high-quality professional photos or access to past listing images, we’re happy to use them at no additional charge.
Requirements:
- Photos must accurately represent the home’s current condition and finishes.
- Owner must have full rights or written permission to use the images.
- If compensation is required by the photographer or prior listing agent, the owner is responsible for those costs.
